Join the Mindful Eating Transformation Course to unlock a deeper understanding of your eating habits and how to change them for the better. Through personalized assessments and engaging weekly sessions, you’ll learn to identify triggers, manage cravings, and make healthier food choices, all while cultivating mindfulness to create lasting positive change in your relationship with food.
The course includes:
- One 30-minute intake session
- Six weekly live 2-hour sessions through Zoom
- Training materials (e.g., meditation audio tracks, worksheets, daily mindfulness practice record tracker)
- One 30-minute integral assessment session to track progress, providing a thorough evaluation of your journey
- One detailed progress report at program completion
- Two free group support sessions (1h each) through Zoom after completing the program
- Certificate of Course Completion: Minimal attendance requirement – 4 out of 6 weekly sessions
