Since 2020, Ana has pursued mindfulness, earning certifications as a Zentangle® teacher in 2021 and Mindfulness Now teacher in 2024. These highlight her personal experience of mindfulness’s positive impact. These reflect her deep personal experience of the positive impact of making mindfulness a lifestyle. Moreover, mindfulness has become an integral part of her, guiding her to navigate life in a more compassionate and “being-feeling” way.
“I am passionate about sharing and teaching mindfulness, guiding participants on their personal journeys. Practicing mindfulness has personally empowered me to break free from autopilot and be more present in the moment.”
“I embrace the Zentangle® method as a powerful tool that, in essence, I consider it as a mindfulness technique itself. Zentangle® brings us to the here-and-now by stroking repetitive patterns while creating beautiful pieces of art. No need to know how to draw. When guiding Zentangle®, I focus on the process, where the magic happens: “It’s not about the outcome, but the process” (A.I.G.).
Additionally, mindfulness Now is a unique mind-body inclusive program with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. Mindfulness Now combines compassionate mindfulness with elements from MBSR and MBCT programs.
