The Mindfulness Training Centre offers mindfulness training and guidance on mindfulness practices, including mindful eating. Additionally, our services complement the advice from qualified healthcare professionals. These include psychologists, psychiatrists, general practitioners, nutritionists, and dietitians.
Our qualified MB-EAT instructors, mindfulness teachers, and health coaches are certified by the Mindful Eating Training Institute. Additionally, they are certified by The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, which the British Psychological Society approves.
While our instructors offer valuable guidance on mindfulness practices and mindful eating techniques, it’s important to note that they are not licensed medical professionals. Therefore, they cannot provide medical advice or treatment.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional first. They can help you before you make changes to your diet or wellness routine.
Our services aim to support your overall well-being and mental health. However, we cannot diagnose or treat any medical conditions.
When you participate in our mindfulness training and mindful eating programs, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations of our services. Therefore, we encourage you to work with qualified healthcare professionals for any medical concerns you may have.
