The program includes:
- One 30-minute intake session
- 10 weekly live 2-hour sessions through Zoom
- Training materials (e.g., meditation audio tracks, worksheets, daily mindfulness practice record tracker)
- One 30-minute integral assessment session to track progress, providing a thorough evaluation of your journey
- One detailed progress report at program completion
- 4 live group support sessions (45 min each) through Zoom after completing the program
- Certificate of Program Completion: Minimal attendance requirement – 8 out of 10 weekly sessions
