Since 2020, Ana has been walking the path of mindfulness, which led her to obtain certifications as a Zentangle® teacher (Nov 2021) and as a Mindfulness Now teacher (Nov 2024). These certifications are the result of a deep personal journey in which she experienced the importance and positive impact of practicing mindfulness as a lifestyle. Mindfulness has become an integral part of her, guiding her to navigate life in a more compassionate and “being-feeling” way.

“I am enthusiastic about spreading and teaching mindfulness practices as well as guiding and supporting participants through their own mindfulness journeys. I personally experience the mindfulness practices empowering with helping us to step out of autopilot and be (more) present in the now.”

“I embrace the Zentangle® method as a powerful tool that, in essence, I consider it as a mindfulness technique itself. Zentangle® brings us to the here-and-now by stroking repetitive patterns while creating beautiful pieces of art. No need to know how to draw. When guiding Zentangle® to the participants, focusing on the process is key for me; in the process is where the whole magic happens: “It is not about the outcome, but the process” (A.I.G.).”

Mindfulness Now is a unique mind-body inclusive program with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. Mindfulness Now integrates not only compassionate mindfulness elements but also components from both the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs.
