Duration
Our programs include a 6-week intensive, a 4-week essentials course, and drop-in mindful eating sessions. Each option focuses on practical exercises and mindfulness practices to promote sustainable food choices and enhance your enjoyment of eating, allowing you to select what best fits your schedule.
Format
Our courses are offered via Zoom in group sessions, providing a safe, friendly, and supportive environment to help you develop a healthier relationship with food and improve your eating habits.
Progress assessment
At the end of the 6-week and 4-week courses, you will receive a comprehensive progress assessment that utilizes scientifically validated tools. This assessment will provide you with a personalized and effective plan tailored to your unique needs.

Mindful Eating Transformation: 6-week intensive mindful eating training
The Mindful Eating Transformation course begins with a 30-minute individual intake session, followed by six weekly 2-hour sessions. Participants will explore eating triggers, manage food cravings, and learn to makehealthier food choices while using mindfulness to transform their current eating habits. The course also includes a 30-minute individual integral assessment to track progress.
The course includes:
One 30-minute intake session
Six weekly live 2-hour sessions through Zoom
Training materials (e.g., meditation audio tracks, worksheets, daily mindfulness practice record tracker)
One 30-minute integral assessment session to track progress, providing a thorough evaluation of your journey
One detailed progress report at program completion
Two free group support sessions (1h each) through Zoom after completing the program
Certificate of Course Completion: Minimal attendance requirement – 4 out of 6 weekly sessions
The Foundations of Mindful Eating course begins with a 30-minute individual intake session, followed by four weekly 1-hour sessions, a 30-minute individual integral assessment, and one 1-hour group support session. This practical course equips you with the essentials of mindful eating, making it perfect for those with limited time who want to enhance their eating habits through hands-on practice.

The Drop-In Mindful Eating Sessions are held weekly on Sundays from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (Hong Kong time). Participants can join individual workshops or attend multiple sessions to enhance their mindful eating skills in a supportive environment. Enjoy the opportunity to practice and reinforce your mindful eating habits at your own pace!
