For those with mindfulness experience, this course serves as a wonderful refresher. You will reinforce your existing skills while learning new techniques.

Our Introduction to Mindfulness Course is perfect for everyone. First, if you are new to mindfulness, you will gain a deeper understanding of it and how to apply it in daily life.

Duration
The program starts with a 30-minute individual intake session. Next, there are two group sessions each lasting two hours. In these sessions, you will explore mindfulness, mindful eating, thoughts, feelings, body scans, and breathing exercises.
Format
The format of the course consists of group sessions through Zoom, designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of mindfulness and practical tools for daily life.
Support
Clients who complete the program can join a 1h follow-up session to reinforce their learning and support their continued journey.
The program includes:
One 30-minute intake session
Two weekly live 2-hour sessions through Zoom
Training materials (e.g., meditation audio tracks, journal)
One group 1h follow-up session
Certificate of Program Completion: Minimal attendance requirement – All weekly sessions

Our Sunday Mindfulness Practice sessions provide a supportive environment to deepen your mindfulness practice. These weekly meetings allow you to connect with like-minded individuals, sharing in a common goal of cultivating inner peace. By joining our Sunday sessions, you will experience the benefits of continued mindfulness practice in a nurturing group setting. Together, we’ll explore the depths of mindfulness in a relaxed and guided atmosphere.
We meet weekly on Sundays from 8:00 am to 9:00 am (Hong Kong time).
Starts: February 9 Ends: April 27
Fee: HK $60/session
Booking: Please note that a one-time registration is required to participate. Once registered, you can join any subsequent sessions by going directly to the payment link without the need to register again. Confirmations will be sent upon successful payment.
