Duration
The program starts with a 30-minute individual intake session. Next, there are two group sessions each lasting two hours. In these sessions, you will explore mindfulness, mindful eating, thoughts, feelings, body scans, and breathing exercises.

The format of the course consists of group sessions through Zoom, designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of mindfulness and practical tools for daily life.
Support
Clients who complete the program can join a 45-minute follow-up session to reinforce their learning and support their continued journey.
